Plastic Wishes and Caviar Dreams

Band games are huge right, approaching 1 billion in sales for the total genre since it really started in 2005. Our living rooms are filled with plastic instruments now. Of course, it is only going to get bigger. With the power players (Guitar Hero and Rock Band) releasing new versions this fall. Newcomer Power Gig hopes to hit it big with their game Rise of the Six String. It is a tough market to penetrate, especially considering that Power Gig is set to hit with the highest pricetag of any band game this season. Breaking new ground is one thing, yet breaking our pocketbooks is another. Check out the video below and let us know what you think in the comments. Do you have anything pre-ordered yet?
